The roof over the garage is done - the rest of the roof is to come soon. You can see the difference already. A clean roof will perform better and lasts longer.
BEFORE: The discoloration in the roof is more than just an eyesore, it’s actually algae which limits the life of your shingles and roof.
AFTER: The roof looks better, is free from algae and will last for years longer than if left alone. A great investment.
A little curb appeal goes a long way to improve the overall look and feel - and even value of your property. Done right, it can be simple and low maintenance, too!
BEFORE: Eclectic collection of rocks and stones, accompanied with grading/drainage issues.
AFTER: Increased grade for positive drainage and a clean, blank “canvas” for the homeowner to have fun designing.
BEFORE: Negative foundation grade and lacking curb appeal.
AFTER: Proper foundation grade, maintenance friendly large point stone, and plants.
BEFORE: New concrete sidewalk in need of serious landscape grading repair.
AFTER: Reset grade next to house with pulverized dirt and added mulch. New grass planted on the opposite side.
